A major Bryan Danielson rematch has been officially announced for next month following Bryan’s rematch with Kazuchika Okada.
At NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18, Bryan Danielson stepped into the Tokyo Dome, where he faced off against Kazuchika Okada in a rematch from their dream match at Forbidden Door last year.
Okada picked up the victory in the match, but Bryan’s time in NJPW is not set to come to an end just yet.
Okada wasn’t the only NJPW star that Bryan faced off against for the first time ever in a dream match last year, as he also collided with Zack Sabre Jr back at WrestleDream.
Following Bryan’s victory over Sabre Jr, Sabre Jr had teased a potential rematch against Bryan, on his home soil in NJPW.
Well, the two men are indeed set to face off once again, as NJPW has announced the rematch between Bryan and Zack Sabre Jr for the New Beginning in Osaka show on February 11.
The show will also feature Will Ospreay’s last match as a contracted NJPW wrestler before he joins AEW full-time, with him teaming with the United Empire against the Bullet Club War Dogs inside a Steel Cage.
