A major match has now been officially announced for the upcoming AEW All In Texas pay-per-view event on July 12.
On tonight’s Fyter Fest special episode of Dynamite, Kenny Omega retained his AEW International Championship against Brody King, Claudio Castagnoli and Mascara Dorada.
Following the match, Kazuchika Okada came to the ring to get in the face of Omega, with both men thrusting their respective championships in each other’s faces.
This led to a brawl between the two men, with Okada escaping a One Winged Angel from Omega to close the Dynamite portion of Fyter Fest.
After the segment, AEW teased a major announcement for Collision, which took place just before the show’s main event.
The announcement saw Tony Schiavone announce that Tony Khan had officially signed off on the highly anticipated clash between Okada and Omega, with both Okada’s Continental Championship and Omega’s International Championship on the line in a winner takes all match.
The two men will sign the contract for their match on next week’s AEW Summer Blockbuster TV special.
