AEW star and former IWGP Women’s Champion Mercedes Mone has been spotted with several WWE stars at the Superbowl in Las Vegas.
On the February 7 edition of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan announced AEW Big Business will take place on the March 13 episode of Dynamite from TD Garden in Boston.
This event is viewed as the potential debut date for former multi-time WWE Women’s Champion Mercedes Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks.
This will likely end any discussion of Mone making her return to WWE anytime soon, but it hasn’t stopped her from hanging out with her former colleagues.
On February 11, Bayley posted a photo on her Instagram story of herself alongside WWE stars Naomi and Jimmy Uso as well as Mercedes Mone outside Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Bayley, Naomi and Mone are long-time friends dating back to their time together in WWE, and Uso is Naomi’s husband.
Bayley is coming off the heels of winning the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match by last eliminating Liv Morgan. She will go on to challenge IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 40.
