Natalya Praises Tamina & WWE Raw Return

This past Monday, Tamina made her return from injury to the ring on WWE Raw for a tag-team match with Dana Brooke against Ember Moon and former Raw Women’s Champion, Nia Jax.

In the middle of the match, Nia expectedly hurled Tamina over her shoulder, preparing for her signature move, the Samoan Drop. Unexpectedly though, the daughter of the Hall of Famer managed to break out of the move and regain her footing. Moments later, she hoisted Nia into her own Samoan Drop. Tamina held Nia in position for a few seconds, surprising the audience before slamming ‘The Irresistible Force’ down to the ground.

As Renee Young mentioned on commentary, we’ve never seen Nia’s move reversed on her before. And apparently other women in Raw are taking notice of Tamina’s dynamic return, as Natalya tweeted about the feat.

With Tamina returning from injury and starting off strong, it’s no doubt that she will be a force to reckon with at Evolution when she joins a host of other women in a Battle Royal.
