AEW has announced a new match for the August 3 episode of AEW Dynamite.
On this week’s AEW Rampage, Orange Cassidy and the Best Friends picked up the victory over Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh in Trios action, before Lethal, Singh and Dutt assaulted Cassidy and the Best Friends.
AEW has now announced on Twitter that Orange Cassidy and Jay Lethal will go one-on-one on next week’s August 3 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Also announced for the show is Wheeler Yuta taking on Chris Jericho, with Jericho’s Interim AEW World Championship match against Jon Moxley at Quake By The Lake on the line.
AEW also announced the next Battle of the Belts TV special for August 6, which will see Claudio Castagnoli defend his ROH World Championship against Konosuke Takeshita.
