WWE Raw star Nikki Cross has reacted to her former SAnitY teammates’ reunion at a recent independent event.
During the November 27 PROGRESS Wrestling Chapter 146: ‘They Think It’s All Over…’ show, Big Damo (fka Killian Dain) teamed with Axel Tischer (Alexander Wolfe).
These two stars notably gained popularity as part of the SAnitY tag-team in NXT and WWE, along with Eric Young and Nikki Cross.
The reunion made Nikki Cross emotional, who took to Twitter to note:
Wehhhhhhh 😭😭😭😭
I wasn’t ready ! @axeman3016 @DamoMackle ❤️
EY- @TheEricYoung they having too much fun without us 😝 #SaNiTy
Cross is the only member of the former faction still with WWE. She notably remained in NXT to continue on as a singles star in 2018 when Young, Damo and Tischer were called up to the main roster to join the SmackDown brand.
The faction was disbanded in 2019, when Eric Young was moved to Raw, Damo returned to NXT and Tischer joined NXT UK’s Imperium stable.
Young was released from his WWE contract in April 2020, before Tischer and Damo were let go the following year, in May and June respectively.
After her stint as ‘Almost A Superhero’ Nikki ASH, the popular star re-adopted her Nikki Cross character in October.
