A WWE star has sent their well wishes to Ridge Holland after he announced he was stepping away from in-ring competition on last night’s NXT.
Ridge Holland made headlines on last night’s episode of NXT, when he announced that he was ‘stepping away from in-ring competition’ following his recent return to the brand.
Holland was later removed from WWE’s roster page, being added to the alumni section, following the segment, which led to a lot of speculation about the reality of the segment.
Taking to Twitter to react to Holland announcing his stepping away, WWE star Nikki Cross praised Holland, and sent him her well wishes.
She wrote:
Aw man, will miss you! A good lad!
A report emerged after the show that the segment with Holland was simply a storyline within the company that both he and Shawn Michaels are said to be excited about, which you can read more about here.
