‘No Creative Plans’ For Two Injured AEW Stars

‘No Creative Plans’ For Two Injured AEW Stars AEW

Swerve Strickland has found himself with a lot of allies following the break up of his Swerve In Our Glory tag team with Keith Lee last year.

Swerve is currently flanked by Prince Nana, Brian Cage and the Gates of Agony as members of the Mogul Embassy, though that wasn’t his original group.

The Mogul Embassy was formed when Swerve and Nana merged Nana’s Embassy with the Mogul Affiliates of Swerve.

Mogul Affiliates featured Parker Boudreaux and Trench, who are both currently out of action with injuries, leading to the change of groups for Strickland.

In an update from Fightful Select (subscription required), there are currently no immediate creative plans for Parker and Trench following their removal from the group due to injury.

Mogul Affiliates picked up a win on the Zero Hour pre-show for AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door, defeating Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta, Rocky Romero and El Desperado.

Swerve and Keith Lee are set to reunite as part of the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament, facing off against Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy.

The tournament will also feature MJF and Adam Cole teaming up.
