NWA legend Bobby Fulton has cancer again. Fulton’s son revealed on Twitter that his father had been admitted to the hospital and later confirmed that his throat cancer had returned.
He had been diagnosed with throat cancer in December of 2019. After battling the disease and undergoing treatment, Fulton announced he was cancer-free on June 6. Unfortunately, the cancer has returned to a different portion of his throat.
This is Dillon Hines. I’m sadly informing you today that my father has been admitted to the hospital. He’s in poor condition. Please send positive thoughts and prayers for him. Thanks! pic.twitter.com/hDIHfymcJw

Fulton’s son then revealed that his father would be having surgery to handle an artery which was causing internal bleeding. This was said to have been a serious surgery. He followed this up by saying Fulton was out of surgery but in rough condition. He did note that Fulton had been able to talk to his friend Jim Cornette and Cornette had been able to get him to laugh.
Dad's surgery that was scheduled for 8am EST has been postponed to 1pm EST. This surgery is very serious as it is to take care of an artery that he is internally bleeding from. One wrong move in this surgery could cause a stroke. Prayers, please.

Update on dad:
They took him back earlier than expected and he is out of surgery. He's in rough condition still. He's gotten to talk to his friend @TheJimCornette. Jimmy kept getting dad to laugh. Continued thoughts and prayers for dad, please.— Bobby Fulton (@TheBobbyFulton) July 20, 2020
Most would remember Bobby Fulton as a member of the legendary NWA tag team The Fantastics. He and Tommy Rogers were one of the top teams in the United States during the 80s alongside teams like the Road Warriors, Rock n Roll Express, and Midnight Express.
