While there has been growing speculation that former WWE star Paige might be returning to the ring at the Royal Rumble, Paige herself has been spending some of her time watching AEW’s women’s division.
Paige and current AEW Women’s Champion Britt Baker have been complimentary of each other on Twitter, and this led to a fan suggesting WWE would fire her for being nice about AEW.
The former WWE Divas Champion clearly felt it was a stupid question, as she replied:
Oh no. Not me commenting on another wrestlers talent. Someone alert the church elders! https://t.co/uRQ4xuQiH8

Paige is currently one of the favorites to not only return at this weekend’s Royal Rumble, but to actually win the Women’s Royal Rumble and go on to headline WrestleMania.
She was forced into an early retirement in April 2018 due to a series of neck injuries, and while she has consistently denied any plans of a return, it’s feeling like this weekend could be when she finally makes her comeback.
