
WWE made their most recent batch of releases on Friday (April 29), when 10 names were released from the NXT roster.
Two of the most surprising names on the list were Persia Pirotta and Dexter Lumis, as the two had been important parts of an ongoing story on the show with Indi Hartwell and Duke Hudson.
WWE would have to address the sudden disappearances of Lumis and Pirotta, which they did on last night’s NXT show, when Indi sadly looked at her wedding ring, before her and Hudson exchanged an awkward look.
Pirotta herself took to Twitter after the segment aired to react to her disappearance being addressed, jokingly saying:
Dang the body isn’t even cold yet!
