Released AEW Stars Respond To Tony Khan Claims They No Showed Multiple Events AEW

Released AEW stars Brandon and Brent Tate, also known as The Boys, have responded to Tony Khan’s claims they no showed multiple events.

On April 1, AEW had their first-ever round of talent cuts by releasing 10 names from contracts.

One of the names released that got the most attention were Brent and Brandon Tate, also known as Dalton Castle’s Boys.

The duo were involved in the storyline between Castle and Johnny TV on Ring of Honor TV for the past few months ahead of their Fight Without Honor at Supercard of Honor.

On April 4, AEW and ROH owner Tony Khan addressed their releases during the ROH Supercard of Honor 2024 conference call. Khan claimed The Boys were let go after both didn’t show up to work on multiple occasions and he had to make the tough call.

In response to Khan’s statement, both Brent and Brandon Tate took to social media to dispute the AEW President’s claims. Brent wrote:

Far from true. Stay tuned..

Meanwhile, his twin brother Brandon quote tweeted in response:

Oh, its like that? Stand by..

WrestleTalk will provide any further updates on The Boys’ response to AEW President Tony Khan’s claims when they become available.
