WWE might have lost out on Session Moth Martina to Ring of Honor, but the company have managed to sign another female independent wrestler in the last few days.
According to a report from Squared Circle Sirens, WWE have signed independent wrestler Indi Hartwell to a developmental deal. She is expected to report to the Performance Center next month.
Hartwell is a young Australian wrestler who debuted in 2016, appearing in promotions like SHIMMER, RISE and BattleClub Pro.
Despite only being a wrestler for three years, Hartwell has won several championships across various different independent promotions, including the aforementioned BattleClub Pro.
This news comes after it was reported that fellow Australian female wrestler Toni Storm will also be moving to NXT in the US following a stint in NXT UK.
