Three ROH Title Matches Announced For March 9 Episode

There will be three big title matches in ROH next week as a new era of Ring of Honor has begun for subscribers of Honor Club.

Answering an open challenge offer from ROH Pure Champion Wheeler Yuta, Timothy Thatcher will be ready to face off for the title next week.

After winning a match against Lady Frost, Willow Nightingale hopped on the mic to make her intentions clear.

She wants a shot at ROH Women’s World Champion, Athena for the title after having touting her winning record in ROH thus far.

Ask and you shall receive as the champ Athena came out to the ramp to accept the challenge.

Also scheduled for next week, a ROH TV Championship match pitting Samoa Joe against former champ Tony Deppen.

Elsewhere on the debut of the new era of Ring of Honor on Honor Club, there was a big match kicking off the night between Slim J and Mark Briscoe. 

Also, a current NJPW champ took a moment during his match to call out AEW star Bryan Danielson.
