Roman Reigns ‘Invitation’ Sent Ahead Of WWE WrestleMania 40 Press Event

Special Counsel to the Tribal Chief: Paul Heyman has issued an “invitation” ahead of Roman Reigns’ attendance at the WWE WrestleMania 40 Press Event on Thursday, February 8.

In what is perhaps the most highly anticipated WWE press conference of all-time, Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena will host an event that promises to provide us with all the answers to the burning WrestleMania 40 questions.

Most notably, will Cody Rhodes in fact allow The Rock to take his WrestleMania main event spot against Roman Reigns unopposed, or will The American Nightmare look to finally finish his story?

Featuring the likes of Rock, Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Triple H and more; the press event is free to attend, as well as being available to watch at home on WWE streaming platforms.

While we can still only speculate on what will transpire, The Bloodline’s Paul Heyman has put out a statement regarding Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns’ attendance at the event – inviting everyone to attend or watch in order to ‘acknowledge’ the Tribal Chief.

Posting to Twitter, Heyman said:

Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman.

On behalf of the Reigning, Defending, Undisputed @WWE Universal Heavyweight Champion @WWERomanReigns, I hereby cordially invite you to ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR TRIBAL CHIEF live, in person, this Thursday at the #WrestleMania40 Kickoff Event, which takes place at the @TMobileArena in #LasVegas, Nevada at 4pm Pacific Time (7pm Eastern) … and is FREE to attend!

Hosted by @PatMcAfeeShow and @MichaelCole, this event will stream LIVE on @Peacock and all #WWE platforms, and will feature @TripleH, @TheRock, @CodyRhodes, @RheaRipley_WWE, @BiancaBelairWWE and @WWERollins, and is delivered by @PizzaHut!

With Cody Rhodes’ WrestleMania 40 future hanging in the balance, fans will be hoping that the press event brings some good news for the #WeWantCody movement.

While WWE fans have made their voices heard on the matter, we now may know what Rhodes’ reaction was to the news that Rock would be replacing him against Roman Reigns.
