Is Sasha Banks the next main roster star to hit NXT 2.0 screens? After a tweet this afternoon from Banks herself teased the idea, fans have run wild speculating if we will see the Boss hit NXT 2.0.
About an hour and a half before NXT 2.0 is set to kick off, live on the USA network, Sasha Banks tweeted a pic of herself in front of the giant NXT logo, writing in the caption “I’ll be watching”.
Sasha Banks and her fellow WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Naomi recently mentioned that they would like to visit NXT 2.0 with Naomi specifically mentioning Mandy Rose.
We’ll have to stay tuned tonight (May 10) to see if Sasha Banks appears on NXT 2.0. Previously announced to appear, a grudge match several weeks in the making when Cora Jade takes on the self-described “B.O.A.T.” (best of all time) Natalya, visiting NXT from the main roster.
Also scheduled, Wendy Choo partnered up with Roxanne Perez to take on Toxic Attraction and the kick-off of the first-ever Women’s NXT Breakout tournament featuring a variety of exciting young NXT 2.0 talent: Nikkita Lyons, Lash Legend, Tatum Paxley and Fallon Henley, Roxanne Perez, Kiana James, Arianna Grace, and Sloane Jacobs.
