UPDATE: On Smackdown, it was announced this match will in fact be for the WWE Title at Crown Jewel.
Later this month, WWE will be taking over Saudi Arabia for their second Crown Jewel pay-per-view event.
Prior to today, only one match had been announced for the card, a ten-man tag team match between Team Hogan and Team Flair.
Today WWE held a press conference at the T Mobile Arena in Las Vegas just before Friday Night Smackdown. The conference was held to announce two more matches for Crown Jewel.
One of the matches will see former UFC star Cain Velasquez take on WWE Champion Brock Lesnar. The match is not believed to be for Lesnar’s title.

The second will see undefeated boxer Tyson Fury take on former Raw Tag Team Champion Braun Strowman. This will be the boxer’s debut match for WWE.
The press conference had a legit sports-feel, something that I am actually quite a big fan of. I hope WWE does more of these press conferences in the future.
