CM Punk made his return to All Elite Wrestling on the debut episode of AEW Collision back on June 17.
Since the show’s inception, the fan reception for the show has been largely positive following fears about the split between the rosters.
Meetings were held with the AEW roster prior to Punk’s return, and the talent meetings have continued after his return.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), a talent meeting was held at last week’s AEW Collision show (July 8).
The details of the meeting are not yet known, with Fightful looking to gain more information on it, but notes that the talent at this week’s AEW Dynamite show were not aware it was taking place.
CM Punk is set to be in action on tonight’s episode of Collision, facing off with Ricky Starks in the final of the Owen Hart Foundation Tournament.
The final of Women’s Owen Hart Cup will feature Ruby Soho taking on Willow Nightingale.
The show will also feature a two out of three falls AEW World Tag Team Championship match, with FTR defending against Jay White and Juice Robinson of Bullet Club Gold.
