Mandy Rose has been in WWE since the 2015 edition of WWE Tough Enough, where she earned a contract with the company after finishing as the runner-up.
Mandy is currently in a relationship with former NXT star Tino Sabbatelli (Sabatino Piscitelli). Sabbatelli recently spoke on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, where he described seeing Mandy in Tough Enough, and how they began dating.
He explained:
“It was when she was doing the show Tough Enough. The first time I met Mandy, they were filming Tough Enough and they built a warehouse next to the PC. I saw them walking around and I’m like that girl is beautiful. I watched her go through the show and she got signed. Her personality and down to earth persona just drew me to her. She was such a genuine person, and at the time she was engaged and we were just friends. But they broke up and we just escalated from there.”
Sabbatelli was released by WWE back in 2020, where he went on to wrestle a match on AEW Dark. Sabbatelli was later banned from the company after he was suspected of leaking out spoilers to AEW shows, which he has now denied. He then returned to WWE for a shorter second stint but was released again.
Mandy Rose is currently the NXT Women’s Champion, which she has held for over 200 days. For a list of the win/loss records for the NXT women’s division in 2022 so far, click here.
