Find out what title changed hands at Ring of Honor’s pay-per-view, Death Before Dishonor tonight (July 21).
The ROH Tag Team Championship was on the line when the champs Lucha Bros (Rey Fenix & Pentagon Jr.) took on Aussie Open (Mark Davis & Kyle Fletcher), The Kingdom (Matt Taven & Mike Bennett) and Best Friends (Trent Beretta & Chuck Taylor).
In the end, it was Aussie Open who won the fatal four way to capture gold and become the new ROH Tag Team Champions.
In the main event of the night, Athena defended her Ring of Honor Women’s Championship against Willow Nightingale, marking a first for the promotion.
Since ROH relaunched in 2022, no women’s matches have main evented a Ring of Honor pay-per-view with either the ROH World Championship or the ROH World Tag Team Titles having main evented.
In the end however, the champ retained her title.
