TNA Wrestling star Rich Swann has been found guilty after appearing in court following his June 2024 arrest.
Swann was in court on September 4 after being arrested on June 8 in Altamonte Springs, Florida and charged with Disorderly Public Intoxication and Causing a Disturbance.
In court, Swann entered a nolo contendere plea, which means he was neither pleading guilty nor not guilty.
As reported by PWInsider, Swann was found guilty, and he was issued a $203 fine and six months probation, and also fined an additional $285.38 in related fees.
Swann’s arrest in June came after he was accused of trying to enter someone’s apartment, claiming it was his own when it was actually a short distance from his own.
Shortly after that, he then allegedly followed a woman to her door, despite her asking him not to.
When police arrived, they deemed that Swann was intoxicated.
He was also suspended by TNA Wrestling after the company found out about the situation.
