Tony Khan has been the main man in charge of AEW since it’s inception, with him wearing many hats in the company.
There are numerous other talents on the AEW roster who have a lot of power in the company, but who would the company fall to should Tony Khan be unavailable for whatever reason?
Well, we now know who Khan would entrust his company to.
Speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Khan revealed that Bryan Danielson is the person that he would tell his father to turn to should he not be around.
He said:
“He hasn’t been around as much lately, because he’s been recovering from an injury. But if I got hit by a bus, or if I was ever incapacitated for some reason, the person I told my father that he should turn to is Bryan Danielson.”
Bryan has been out of action since Forbidden Door, where he suffered a broken arm during his dream match main event against Kazuchika Okada.
Bryan is in London ahead of this Sunday’s AEW All In show.
