Two AEW Signees Graduate High School AEW

Two AEW signees have taken an important step towards achieving their professional wrestling goals; they have graduated high school!

With both AEW signees Billie Starkz and Nick Wayne recently celebrating the landmark milestone of graduating high school, they each have AEW contracts.

Billie Starkz completed her commencement ceremony last week, walking in graduation much to the jubilation of her proud parents in attendance.

This weekend it was Nick Wayne’s turn to graduate from high school, posting about the achievement on Twitter.

While Starkz has already crossed the threshold of turning 18 years old, Wayne on the other hand has a few more weeks until he strikes that age.

Nick Wayne turns 18 on July 10, 2023 and already has a big match awaiting him on July 12, 2023.

With Seattle independent promotion DEFY already setting the stage for what is sure to be the beginnings of a brutal rivalry, recently Swerve Strickland attacked Nick Wayne, leaving him bloodied.

Vowing to be his first match in AEW, Swerve challenged Wayne for AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 from SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, SK.

The milestone in Wayne’s life didn’t go unnoticed by Swerve either, who also posted to social media about the soon to be AEW star.

Reposting a Tweet celebrating Wayne from DEFY producer Matt Farmer, Swerve added a gif of Samuel L. Jackson, ominously warning ‘Tick Tock Mutharucka!”.

While AEW fans wait to see Nick Wayne in-ring action, Billie Starkz has already seen matches in both AEW and Ring of Honor.
