WWE has announced a United States Championship match for the upcoming SummerSlam event.
Two week’s ago (July 26), Damian Priest defeated United States Champion Sheamus in a Championship Contender’s Match, earning himself a future championship opportunity.
On tonight’s episode of Raw, Damian Priest defeated John Morrison before challenging Sheamus to a match for the championship at SummerSlam, which the Celtic Warrior accepted.
WWE SummerSlam streams live on Saturday, August 21 on the WWE Network or Peacock in the United States.
