Some unused entrance music for Malakai Black in AEW has been revealed by the promotion’s music producer Mikey Rukus.
Black’s theme is Ogentroost by Amenra, but Rukus had actually been working on something original as a backup while they were waiting on the licensing for Ogentroost.
He’s taken to Twitter to share what he was working on, as you can see/hear below:
Matter of fact- here’s a Saturday night alternate listen. This is what I was preparing. I personally think Ogentroost was ABSOLUTELY the way to go, but had fun making this one nonetheless. #SoundOn 🔊🔊🔊🔊🎸🎸🎸🎸 https://t.co/e4Z2VA1HI7 pic.twitter.com/aowJscmtWy

Rukus added that he does think the decision to use Ogentroost over this one was the correct decision.
However, another exciting point is that he stated the unused theme will be available to use in the AEW console game, which just makes you wonder about all the other music that’ll be available that we don’t even know about yet.
Malakai Black picked up a win over Cody Rhodes at AEW Dynamite ‘Grand Slam’ this past Wednesday by using the ‘black mist’.
