The shocking WWE release of former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose is still the talk of the wrestling world 24 hours later.
Rose dropped the NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez on Tuesday’s NXT show, before being released from the company the following day.
The reason behind Rose’s sudden release was due to the nature of what Mandy was posting on her paid content service, which you can read more about here.
The sudden departure of Mandy has left many to wonder about the future of her Toxic Attraction stablemates Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne.
However, it seems as though we may not have to worry too much about the former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions.
The duo have had several looks on the WWE main roster in recent months, including being a part of the Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament back in August.
Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Gigi and Jacy had impressed some people of influence within the company during their main roster appearances.
The report also mentions that they had not learned of any plans for Mandy Rose to return to the main roster.
