The Acclaimed’s AEW theme music started playing at the Royal Rumble superstore, ahead of the highly anticipated premium live event.
Max Caster and Anthony Bowens have a pretty distinct entrance song that is recognisable even without Caster’s rapping.
‘Brock Lesnar Guy’ definitely recognised the music, taking to Twitter to discuss the botch.
Another Twitter user shared a video of speakers in the building blaring the AEW music.
Explaining what happened, the user tweeted:
“The guy who came to turn it off said he got screwed by his Spotify playlist 😂😂😂”
Caster and Bowens are currently the AEW Tag Team Champions, most recently defending the gold against Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett at Battle of the Belts V.
Unless the tweet was a cover-up (tinfoil hats on), it doesn’t appear that The Acclaimed are heading to WWE anytime soon.
There has been a lot of speculation about surprise appearances at the event, with previous reports revealing that WWE is happy with the surprises they have planned.
Spoilers have now emerged on NXT stars who have been brought into San Antonio for the show.
