VICE TV Vince McMahon Documentary To Cover WWE Departure WWE

VICE TV currently has documentary on Vince McMahon is in the works, which will be releasing very soon.

Per PWInsider, who confirmed their report with multiple sources interviewed for the documentary, the project will cover his resignation from WWE, as well as the rest of his career.

The documentary is slated to air in October. PWInsider noted that VICE TV did not return a request for comment on the documentary.

McMahon notably stepped away from his positions as CEO and Chairman of WWE in June, following details on an investigation regarding ‘hush pact’ allegations surfacing following an article from the Wall Street Journal.

A second report from the Wall Street Journal in July had indicated that Vince McMahon has paid over $12 million in ‘hush money’ over the past 16 years to ‘suppress allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity’, including a $7.5 million payment to a former WWE wrestler. Following these reports, and amid the WWE investigation, Vince McMahon announced his retirement on July 22. In August, it was announced that the investigation was ‘substantially complete
