Vince McMahon Status For WWE Hall Of Fame 2023 Induction Revealed WWE

An update has now emerged on Vince McMahon’s status for WWE Hall of Fame 2023, ahead of this year’s induction ceremony.

Vince McMahon notably inducted The Undertaker in the the Hall of Fame at the April 2022 ceremony.

There has been some speculation that McMahon himself will receive his own Hall of Fame ring this year, and be celebrated for his contributions to the company.

A new report has indicated that a Vince McMahon Hall of Fame induction isn’t on the cards for this year’s ceremony.

Per WrestleVotes, Vince McMahon isn’t expected to enter the Hall of Fame this year.

WrestleVotes told GiveMeSport:

“Vince McMahon ‘is not going to happen, at least as far as this year. Batista seems like it makes the most sense. It’s kind of owed to him.”

Vince McMahon has had an eventful year, announcing his retirement in July 2022 and officially stepping away from his WWE chairman and CEO roles following ‘hush pact’ allegations.

The controversial name returned to the company’s board of directors in January, and since then has served as the company’s executive chairman.

It appears that WWE is preparing for a potential sale, with WWE president Nick Khan predicting that a sale could happen within the next three months.
