“We don’t talk” – Nikki Bella on John Cena

The Bella Twins were at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas recently where they gave an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

The twins were asked a variety of questions concerning their immediate future and various enterprises but one topic that came up on multiple occasions was the subject of Nikki’s ex-fiancé, former WWE Champion John Cena.

The subject was first brought up when Nikki was asked how’s dating life:

”I made a joke about dating Netflix and black liquorice, and I said how it kind of gets boring and it turned into this thing and I got quoted saying dating life is boring. I was like, ‘No that was about Netflix and black liquorice’…I’ve got to admit I am single but I’m not ready for mingling yet.”

The interviewer later went on to bring up Cena directly and asked if the two are still in communication with one another:

“We don’t (text or talk to each other)…he’s doing him and I’m doing me.”

So it seems that unfortunately for the fans of WWE’s once mighty supercouple that the relationship is officially over.  Hopefully for John and Nikki, love will find them again, albeit with different partners.
