Will Ospreay AEW Contract Length & Details Revealed AEW

More details have been revealed about AEW signing Will Ospreay as was revealed on tonight’s Full Gear 2023 pay-per-view.

After signing his All Elite Wrestling contract at Full Gear, Will Ospreay is officially All Elite.

Per a report from Fightful Select, Ospreay is signed to a multi-year deal that will go “over three years”, and will enable him to work select NJPW dates.

As Ospreay himself said during Full Gear, he’ll actually be staying in NJPW until February 2024 which is when his contract there ends, then he’ll be making the move to AEW.

On top of that, according to the report, AEW also afforded him the ability to stay in the UK as a part of his deal in lieu of being forced to relocate to the United States.

While the announcement of a signing has been being teased since ahead of this week’s AEW Dynamite on November 15, the deal was not actually signed at that point.

According to Fightful, the actual contract wasn’t finalized and signed as of this morning with Ospreay arriving at the arena shortly before the pay-per-view began.

Fightful confirmed that WWE had been in touch with Ospreay’s representation in order to get a sense of the interest and learn more about possible relocation and schedule commitments.
