Video footage has been captured of a fan jumping the barricade at an untelevised WWE event to confront a SmackDown star.
The incident in question took place at a WWE Live Holiday Tour event from Newark, Delaware and saw the Aussie Icon Grayson Waller target a fan at ringside with some verbal jabs on the microphone.
This unfortunately didn’t go down too well based on the individual’s response, as they would then jump the barricade to confront Waller.
Thankfully they did not get far as they were immediately intercepted and held back by security.
As seen in the footage below, the fan was then dumped back over the guard rail and reportedly ejected from the arena altogether, with Waller being his usual cocky self despite the potentially serious situation.
This is not the first time Waller has found himself targeted for his outspoken character, with the 33-year-old making headlines in October for his controversial comments on Taylor Swift and her fans the ‘Swifties.’
The fan incident was not the only newsworthy occurrence to come from the WWE Live Holiday Tour over the weekend as a star who has been absent from WWE TV for much of 2023 also returned to action.
