On the Raw after SummerSlam this week, WWE announced that the King of the Ring tournament would be returning. The tournament is set to begin on Monday’s Raw, and will be the first since 2015.
The announcement of the 16 superstars who will be taking part soon followed, with eight from Raw and eight from Smackdown being unveiled.
The bracket for the tournament, which was apparently brought back to put over the eventual winner, has now been revealed on WWE Now, leaving us with eight exciting first-round matches to look forward to.

The pick of the Raw matches includes Cesaro taking on former NXT Champion Samoa Joe, and former United States Champion Ricochet going one-on-one with Drew McIntyre. Both matches are expected to take place on Monday’s Raw.
On the Smackdown side, tournament favourite Kevin Owens will clash with Elias, while Shelton Benjamin will take on former tag team partner Chad Gable, whose name could reportedly be changed to ‘Shorty G’.
