WWE NXT Star Has Main Roster Match Third Week In A Row WWE

With a WWE NXT star appearing for the third week in a row at WWE Raw tapings, could they be headed to the main roster in the new year?

Perhaps we are close to seeing the main roster debut an NXT star in particular who has gotten a main roster match again this week.

Again backstage at WWE Raw, Elektra Lopez has again appeared in front of live crowds ahead of the show taping.

While Elektra Lopez had a match against Indi Hartwell seemingly filmed for WWE Main Event, it wasn’t the first time Lopez has appeared on the show that streams on Peacock.

This will mark the third week in a row that Lopez has appeared on Main Event, previously losing in efforts against Natalya on December 11 and losing to Gigi Dolin on December 4.

Interesting, Lopez was the female featured in the Legado del Fantasma faction featuring Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro while the group was on WWE NXT.

However when the group made their main roster debut, Lopez did not appear and rather Zelina Vega featured as the Madre of the faction.

Perhaps Lopez is closer than ever to joining the main roster as storyline developments have seen Escobar break from his former faction, LWO.

There are spoilers available for the Friday December 22 episode of WWE SmackDown that could have a big implication on the story for Escobar going forward but some people don’t care to be spoiled!

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE Raw, dissension continues in Judgment Day as a conflict between Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest may have just cost one member their spot in the faction.
