Four annual WWE Clash Of Champions events took place in total, with the first airing in September 2016, replacing Night Of Champions.
The most recent Clash Of Champions event took place on September 27, 2020, with Roman Reigns defending his Universal Championship against Jey Uso in the main event.
Night of Champions has since returned to WWE’s calendar, with events taking place in 2023 and 2025.
