Could a backstage WWE producer be looking to make an in-ring return? Find out who says they still have plenty ‘left in the tank’!
In a rare Tweet, a known backstage name in WWE teased a desire for an in-ring return.
You may know him by many names, his real one Kenn Doane or former ring name Kenny Dykstra but either way, you’ll likely remmeber his work with the faction, the Spirit Squad.
After an account on Twitter shared a classic clip of a Spirit Squad finisher, Doane tweeted:
“Still so much left in the tank…”
While Doanne previously announced he had retired from in-ring competition before returning to WWE in a backstage producer, he had numerous independent wrestling stints after his first WWE departure in 2006.
Although he made a brief return in 2016, Doanne would go on to compete in tag team action around the country before announcing his retirement from in-ring competition before returning to WWE in 2019.
He started as a producer in the Performance Center before being more heavily utilized on Raw and SmackDown, even occasionally featuring on-screen as needed to break up brawling stars.
Do you want to see the return of Kenny Dykstra in WWE? Could he reunite with former Spirit Squad member Nicky (aka, now known as Dolph Ziggler)?
Ziggler for his part remains a ‘free agent’ after the 2023 WWE Draft and therefore is eligible to appear on WWE Raw, SmackDown or even NXT.
