Zoey Stark has now commented on her alliance with Trish Stratus, after attacking Becky Lynch at WWE Night of Champions 2023.
Following her main roster call-up in the 2023 WWE Draft, the rising star made an impact at the May 28 premium live event.
During the closing moments of the Trish Stratus vs Becky Lynch match, Stark emerged from under the ring and attacked Lynch, allowing Stratus to pick up the victory.
After the bout, Stratus and Stark left the arena together, forming a new alliance.
On WWE The Bump, an interview segment with Stratus and Stark from after their match was shared.
When asked if this was always the plan, Stark said:
“What kinda question is that? Look, we’re just here to kick ass, and no better than Trish Stratus to do it.”
Becky Lynch took to Twitter following the bout to warn Stratus and Stark that she’s coming for them, writing:
Revenge is a dish best served cold.
@trishstratuscom we have unfinished business.
@ZoeyStarkWWE you messed up. Plain and simple. #WWENOC
Stark responded with the Scott Hall GIF you can see below, so it looks like the up-and-coming star welcomes the challenge.
