Former WWE stars Harv and Gurv Sihra of the Bollywood Boyz have reacted to the release of former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal.
Mahal was one of several names let go by WWE on Friday (April 19). Two of Mahal’s former teammates have now teased a reunion following Mahal’s departure.
Harv and Gurv Sihra, who wrestled as Samir and Sunil Singh in WWE, have taken to Twitter to share a photo of them with Jinder Mahal.
Interested in teaming with the former WWE Champion again, the brothers simply wrote:
Book it.
The Bollywood Boyz joined WWE in 2016 after competing in that year’s Cruiserweight Classic tournament.
They aligned themselves with Jinder Mahal in April 2017, ahead o Mahal winning the WWE Championship from Randy Orton at the following month’s Backlash pay-per-view.
The duo acted as managers to Mahal up until the 2019 Superstar Shake-Up, when they were drafted back to 205 Live.
Harv and Gurv were released by the company in June 2021.
Another star who was released on Friday was Raw’s Xia Li, the first female Chinese WWE talent.
Several names have sent messages of support to Li, which you can read more about right here.
