Sami Zayn Opens Up About The Bloodline ‘Concerns’ WWE

Sami Zayn has opened up about his relationship with members of The Bloodline and where he sees the faction heading.

While Cody Rhodes may not have been able to dethrone Roman Reigns as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion at WrestleMania 39, the team of Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens were able to seize the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship from The Usos on night one of the two-night event.

This came from the shattered kinship that Zayn had shared with The Bloodline running up to the April 1 & 2 premium live event.

Appearing on WWE’s The Bump, Zayn gave his opinion on the state of The Bloodline, saying:

“I’m of the opinion that they are crumbling, and right after WrestleMania, you were able to see it a little more closely.

“I think they have regrouped a little bit, that much is clear. I really thought that we would get the job done once and for all, that when we beat The Usos, Cody would be next to beat Roman, and it would all just fall apart.

“We did our part, and Cody, for a variety of reasons, Cody couldn’t walk away with the title that night. The Bloodline was able to hold it together for Roman that night.

“I think they’re on the ropes, but you are seeing them kind of regroup now and recollect themselves. They are a bit more…maybe dangerous is not the right word, but when there’s that desperation, it does kind of make you a bit more dangerous.

“So they’re not readily to let things go so easily, they’re not ready to go quietly into the night, clearly. They are coming all guns blazing, and that is something to be concerned about.”

It was recently reported that a rematch for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship would take place on April 28.

This announcement of this match comes with Paul Heyman later issuing a warning to the Usos that Roman Reigns was “losing patience” with The Usos.

Zayn and Owens are set to team with Matt Riddle to face the team of Jimmy & Jey Uso and Solo Sikoa at WWE Backlash on May 6 in Puerto Rico.

The upcoming premium live event is being hosted by Bad Bunny who is set to appear on the April 24 episode of WWE Raw.
