An update has emerged on the Bloodline storyline, with Roman Reigns, The Usos and Solo Sikoa all set to miss an upcoming SmackDown taping.
While the Bloodline storyline has been prominently featured on WWE TV for years at this point, many fans are intrigued about where the story will head now, with Jimmy and Jey Uso now at odds.
It appears that fans will be waiting a little longer to see the next chapter of the story unfold, following this week’s (August 11) SmackDown episode.
Per PWInsider, there has been word backstage that The Usos and Solo Sikoa are expected to miss next week’s SmackDown taping in Toronto, Canada.
It was noted that Roman Reigns is also not expected at that taping, but was never slated for next week’s show.
With the Bloodline not set to appear on next week’s show, this storyline likely won’t be the focal point of the show, unless Reigns, The Usos or Sikoa pre-taped segments.
The Usos have previously missed WWE Canada tours in the past. Jimmy Uso has previously been unavailable to enter Canada reportedly due to his history with DUIs.
Jimmy and Jey Uso both appeared at the Elimination Chamber premium live event in Montreal, Canada this past February, following reports that both stars could legally enter the country.
The Usos also appeared on the August 11 edition of SmackDown which emanated from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
On the show, Jimmy Uso stated that his betrayal of Jey Uso in the Tribal Combat match at SummerSlam had nothing to do with Roman Reigns.
After Jimmy told Jey that he attacked him so that he wouldn’t lose his brother, Jey Uso attacked Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, and finally Jimmy Uso, before declaring that he’s out of the Bloodline, and out of WWE.
A potential spoiler has emerged on the Bloodline storyline, which you can read more about right here.
