WWE Star Calls Recent SmackDown Debut ‘A Dream Come True’ WWE

WWE star Trick Williams called his recent SmackDown debut ‘a dream come true’ as he made a big save for Carmelo Hayes.

With Trick Williams and Carmelo Hayes both wildly popular with fans, first Melo and now Trick have begun to make appearances at main roster events.

However on the go-home edition of SmackDown ahead of the Royal Rumble, immediately when Trick Williams’ music hit the crowd reacted thunderously.

Trick Williams appeared on Busted Open Radio where he described what it was like to get such a warm reaction from the crowd at WWE SmackDown on January 26.

Trick said:

“Honestly, it’s a dream come true. I think that’s the feeling that every wrestler wants to feel. Running out when you hear your music being played.

So, beyond my imagination. Who thinks their first debut is gonna sound like that? So, I’m grateful for it.”

Trick Williams popped up to help Carmelo Hayes on the night before the Royal Rumble after the latter was getting attacked by Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.

Williams and Hayes would go on to win their Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Tournament match against Legado del Fantasma on the last episode of WWE NXT (January 30) setting Trick up for a big night at NXT Vengeance Day.

Trick Williams will be pulling double duty as he aims to tag with Carmelo Hayes in the Dusty Cup final against Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin as well as a huge singles title shot.

Williams faces off against NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov also at the upcoming NXT premium live event, Vengeance Day.
