WWE SmackDown Viewership Down, Demo Rating Stays The Same For December 22 Episode WWE

The viewership figure and demo rating for Friday’s (December 22) edition of WWE SmackDown on Fox has been revealed.

Per Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, SmackDown drew 2.108 million viewers. This is down from the December 15 edition that drew 2.240 million viewers.

This is the lowest total viewership for the show in its normal time slot since the December 1 episode.

In the 18-49 demographic, Friday’s show scored 0.55 rating. This is the same rating as the week prior.

The show featured AJ Styles defeating Solo Sikoa via disqualification in the main event. Post match, a brawl broke out between Styles, The Bloodline, Randy Orton and LA Knight.

Also, SmackDown GM Nick Aldis announced that Styles, Orton and Knight will do battle to determine who faces Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Royal Rumble on the January 6 New Year’s Revolution episode.
