Bayley is set to take on Dakota Kai on the March 15 edition of WWE SmackDown and ahead of the match she had words for her opponent.
WWE Star Bayley continues to tease that she may have a big WrestleMania 40 entrance in Philadelphia featuring the music of a popular band.
Bayley tweeted the match graphic along with an interesting caption, writing:
“Rage, is it in our veins?”
The line is a lyric from a Hayley Williams song called ‘Simmer’, which you may recognize Williams’ name as the lead singer of Paramore.
For fans following along with the on-going story, Bayley has been petitioning to have Paramore play her entrance theme at WrestleMania 40 either live or using a licensed song.
With even a video of Williams recently giving Bayley permission to use their music at Mania, obviously the actual rights usage is slightly more complicated than that.
However as the teases continue, perhaps Bayley really will get her giant WrestleMania moment entrance featuring her favorite band!
Sending a more direct message to Dakota Kai, Bayley then wrote:
“I want the real you tomorrow , I dare you not to hold back. Bring all the damn chips you got on your shoulder tomorrow night. Bring all the frustrations of injuries and being told no and not feeling like you’re enough. Bring all the reasons you thought you’d be better off without me. Because I’m bringing the best version of myself and I can’t wait to show you what a damn idiot you are.”
At WrestleMania 40, Bayley is set to face off against her former Damage CTRL protege IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Championship after the faction she built turned against her.
