WWE Star Reflects On ‘Best Year Ever’ After 11 Months Away

WWE Star Reflects On ‘Best Year Ever’ After 11 Months Away WWE

A WWE star has reflected on their ‘best year of their life’ after recently returning after missing 10 months due to injury.

At this week’s NXT Level Up tapings prior to NXT, Amari Miller made her return to the ring, taking on Valentina Feroz.

Miller had been out of action for 11 months, suffering a torn ACL back in early January 2023.

Reflecting on her absence on Instagram, Amari said that, despite the major setbacks she faced, 2023 ended up being the ‘best year of her life’ due to the lessons she learned and her personal growth.

She wrote:

2023 wasn’t my year, finding out who I was, relearning who I want to become, then undergoing a major surgery. Taking away everything I loved and grew up wanting from me in a snap of my fingers.

10 months pass then I realize 2023 was the best year of my life!!!!! Learning how to be patient, finding my people, learning to love myself with a mental disorder, finding out how flipping strong IAM and the human body is. And understanding the true bond that I grew with @solrvca @tarahalaby @churlk @therealestwendy @ariannagrace_wwe @imkingkota @nikkita_wwe and @jaida.parkerwwe ❤️💚🥹

So happy I’m back and I’m hitting the GROUND RUNNING! Miller-nation Rise Up👑❤️🥰

Miller’s return match will be set to air on next week’s (December 15) episode of Level Up.
