Another WWE star has discussed the possibility of CM Punk returning to the company at Survivor Series in Chicago this weekend.
Since CM Punk was fired from AEW back on September 2, wrestling fans have been speculating about the possibility of Punk returning to WWE, specifically at Survivor Series in Chicago this weekend.
Many WWE stars have been asked about the possibility of Punk returning to the company, with most noting that they would be open to Punk returning to the company.
Speaking to the Battleground podcast, Johnny Gargano was the next WWE star to be asked about a possible CM Punk return, to which he said that he is open to anything to get more eyes on WWE television.
He said:
“There are so many eyes currently on WWE television. Obviously, every little bit helps. I mentioned how Logan Paul has taken the United States Championship all over the world with him and getting new eyes on the product. At the end of the day, whatever is going to get more eyes on WWE television, that’s the best move possible. Whoever that may be, whoever they bring in, whatever eyes they bring in. I’m all for it.”
Gargano recently reunited the DIY tag team with Tommaso Ciampa on Raw.
