WWE star Jey Uso’s wife Takechia Fatu has filed for divorce with the former World Heavyweight Champion after 12 years.
Per TMZ, Jey’s wife Takechia recently filed for divorce, bringing to end their 12 year marriage.
Per court documents obtained by TMZ, Takecia listed the date of their marriage as February 13, 2014, with her saying that the marriage between the two was ‘irretrievably broken’.
Jey’s wife says that the pair share one minor son named Jeyce, who was born in 2012, and another son who is over the age of 18, with Takecia asking the court to award her primary physical custody of their kid, with her being open to joint legal custody.
In the filing, Takecia also requested exclusive use of the pair’s Georgia home, child and spousal support and attorney fees.
Jey Uso recently went public on social media with his relationship with WWE NXT star Jaida Parker.
Jey Uso’s Current Position In WWE
On WWE TV, Jey Uso appears to be somewhere in the middle ground of being a heel and a babyface.
Uso seems firmly behind Roman Reigns as World Heavyweight Champion, so much so that he’s followed Reigns’ instructions to chase the Undisputed WWE Title, albeit unsuccessfully.
Jey has also sparked a rivalry with the very popular LA Knight, which has led to matches between Knight and Jimmy Uso, which Solo Sikoa has gotten involved with in an attempt to help LA Knight, which Knight has so far not been happy about.
However, if Knight realizes Sikoa is the only person who can help him take down the Usos and the Bloodline, we could easily see a tag team match coming up soon with the Usos facing Knight and Sikoa.
