WWE
A WWE star has posted a heartfelt message on the 17-year anniversary of their signing with the company.
Across the last two decades there has been a lot of change within WWE’s women’s division, both in relation to the talent roster itself and the level of importance the company has placed on the female talent.
Since ditching the ‘Divas’ labelling, the company’s women have thankfully been allowed far more opportunities to shine, with WrestleMania main events, Royal Rumble matches and many more milestones.
However, throughout all of that change there has been one constant presence; that being Natalya, who signed with WWE in 2007 and later debuted on TV a year later in 2008.
In celebration of the anniversary of her signing with the company, Nattie took to Twitter with a message displaying how much the milestone means to her.
Natalya tweeted:
Today is 17 years since I signed with @WWE, and my love for this business has only grown.
I have never taken a single day for granted, because I learned early, that the amazing position I have is leased, never owned.
So wherever the next 17 takes us, just know I’ll be calling someone B*tch! (IYKYK!) and locking them in Sharpshooter.
Because this isn’t a career for me. It’s my life.
Natalya has accomplished near-enough everything in the company and continues to go strong, most recently focusing her efforts on the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships alongside Tegan Nox.
Outside of WWE however, she is known for having wrestlers come round both her and husband TJ Wilson’s own personal ring at their home to train.
Yesterday Natalya uploaded footage which showed many interesting stars from both WWE & AEW present, click here to find out full details.
