A WWE star was not too happy about today’s announcement that WWE’s Clash at the Castle event is set to take place in Scotland.
On last night’s Raw show, WWE announced the return of the Clash at the Castle event, with the location set to be announced at a later date.
It was announced today that the event would be taking place in Glasgow, Scotland at the OVO Hydro on June 15, as well as SmackDown the day prior.
One WWE star who doesn’t seem too happy to be heading to Scotland is Grayson Waller, who took to Twitter to react to the announcement, simply asking:
Why are we having a PLE in a filthy swamp?
Waller recently appeared on the WWE Elimination Chamber event in his home country of Perth, Australia, where he hosted the Grayson Waller Effect with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
Waller and Austin Theory are set to be a part of the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Ladder match at WrestleMania 40.
