While last night’s (May 19) episode of WWE SmackDown was the in-ring debut of NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn, they weren’t the only NXT women’s stars to make their main roster debut on the show.
Alba and Isla faced off with Valentina Feroz and Yulisa Leon on the show, which was newsworthy for multiple reasons.
Along with this match being the main roster in-ring debut of both women, it was also Yulisa Leon’s first in eight months.
Yulisa was sidelined with a knee injury last fall, which kept her out of the ring for an extended period of time.
Taking to Twitter after the show, Yulisa reacted to her return to the ring, thanking the fans for their support.
She wrote:
After 8 months… I’m back… we’re back!! Thank you all for your support!!
