A WWE star has made their return to the ring after almost four months away, with the match set to air this Friday.
WWE NXT star Eddy Thorpe has not appeared on television since he and Dijak faced off in an NXT Underground match on the final episode of NXT in 2023 on December 26.
Thorpe emerged victorious in the bout, but has not competed for the brand since the victory.
However, Thorpe is now officially back in NXT, with him returning to the ring at last night’s NXT tapings at the Performance Center.
Thorpe was in action on NXT Level Up prior to the show, defeating Uriah Connors, the son of Fit Finlay making his Level Up debut.
This Friday’s episode of NXT Level Up is also set to see two debuts for new WWE stars, the first being Saquon Shugars, the former Lucky Ali who signed with the company in January, who will face off with Tavion Heights.
Also debut on the show in Lainey Reid, formerly TyLynn Register, who will face off against Jaida Parker.
The show airs on Friday nights on Peacock immediately following SmackDown on the WWE Network and Peacock.
